About:
Temple of Vengeance (ToV) is a roguelike game. You create a character who is on a mission to rescue his/her love from the evil gangsters who are holed up in the Temple. You play a character who is skilled in martial arts. The game features a martial arts system whereby the player can choose to execute over thirty special maneuvers.
Roguelike games are well known for their difficulty and strategic depth. ToV is no different. You must navigate the 15 levels of the Temple encountering many different enemies in order to rescue your love. The game is turn based giving the player as long as he/she wants to decide how to proceed.
The game features random generation of levels as well as martial arts styles, so two games are never the same. You must increase your martial art skills as well as learn how to use different weapons to achieve your goal. Each level features a special boss that you must defeat.
With over 90 minutes of music, many sound effects, and particle effects this roguelike game is designed to capture the excitement of fighting large waves of enemy henchmen along with their battle hardened bosses. Good luck!
